In the state of New Jersey, there are over thirty-three thousand divorce complaints that are filed a year.

Of these thirty-three thousand divorce complaints, approximately four hundred and fifty throughout the state of New Jersey will end up in a trial. Often, you may come away from the trial not happy with the result. Often times the trial court has made an error and its really through the brief writing, perhaps emotion writing on the appellate division that a decision is rendered as to whether or not that error was a grievous or not that would warrant a reversal to the superior court.

One of the more important issues to always remember when thinking about filing an appeal is that you do it within forty-five days from when your final judgement is entered. That is the most critical piece that you must always remember.
